1.1. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us concerning your use of the STARS mobile application.
1.2. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
2.1. All content, code, and educational materials in the app are our intellectual property.
2.2. Content is provided for personal use only.
2.3. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without permission.
3.1. You agree to use the app lawfully.
3.2. You may not attempt to reverse engineer or bypass our security systems.
4.1. All Features require subscription.
4.2.Subscription Activation Process
4.2.1.Payment: To initiate a subscription, the user must transfer the full subscription fee to the specified bank account.
4.2.2.Order Submission: The user must then submit their chosen Subscription Plan along with the Bank Transaction Reference Number the app's subscription feature.
4.2.3.Verification and Activation: Upon successful verification of the bank transfer, we will generate and place a Device-Specific Activation Code on our online server for the user to retrieve.
4.3. Refund and Cancellation
4.3.1.Eligibility for Refund: A user may cancel their subscription request and qualify for a full refund only if the request for cancellation is received before we generate the Device-Specific Activation Code and place it on our online server.
4.3.2.No Cancellation/Refund: Once the Device-Specific Activation Code has been generated and placed on the online server, the subscription is considered active, and all payments are non-refundable and final.
5.1. The app is provided “AS IS”.
5.2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
6.1. Governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
